Prius Red Triangle With Exclamation Point

Prius Red Triangle With Exclamation Point. It still seems to drive ok. I get a green loading logo and then the red triangle appears.

I already tried transfering the printer into another computer and install the driver, but still the red triangle is still there. Usually the red triangle with an exclamation point means the message was not sent. Now i get the exclamation on their incoming as well.

I've been reading posts but from what I see, others are getting different info than myself.

I also have the same issue with the triangle explanation point but it is always only with people with Apple iphones and I use Samsung Galaxy.
