We used the Tema Kit, it blew out our strut bearing on the passenger side, we could have damaged itwhile we installed the kit.
On the second generation Prius there is a headlight leveling switch attached to the rear "dead axle".

TEMA doesn't provide any instructions but the install is pretty easy honestly, it's straightforward. This needs to be disconnected or you must lengthen the actuating rod otherwise you will damage your headlight leveling sensor. Toyota Prius test: Can it handle the mountains?
